The Minimum Foundation Program (MFP) comes up for vote before the Louisiana Board of Elementary and Secondary Education (BESE), first before the Administration and Finance Committee on Thursday, March 3, and the full BESE board meeting on March 4.
Full funding for Audubon Charter School is threatened by the new MFP formula now under consideration.
The Audubon PTO encourages all parents to get involved in making sure our children matter in these decisions. Here is further information and links to how and where you can help:
Parents and supporters interested in attending the meetings in Baton Rouge can sign up for a free bus provided by the Audubon PTO, click here for more information.
